Mediation /Arbitration
Our standard fee for a mediation or arbitration session is $195.00 per hour per party per neutral. All fees are payable in advance of the scheduled session. When the matter is resolved we will provide documents for agreements and stipulations of dismissal. In matters of arbitration, a written decision will be provided to each party within fifteen (15) business days.

Rescheduling, Postponement and Cancellation
(1.) A $50.00 administrative charge for rescheduling any hearing/session date. This charge will be assessed to the party requesting the schedule change.

(2.) In the event of a postponement made less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled hearing session date, a $100.00 fee will be assessed to the postponing party.

(3.) Any scheduled hearing/session that is canceled and not rescheduled within a five or more business day notice of the scheduled hearing/session date (for any reason including settlement) will result in a 50% refund of the standard session/hearing fee.

(4.) For any scheduled hearing/session that is canceled and not rescheduled with less than five business days notice of the scheduled hearing/session date (for any reason including settlement) there will be no refund of the standard session/hearing fee.
