Dennis J. Calcagno, Esq.Attorney Calcagno is a mediator and lawyer with exceptional analytical skills. He understands the legal and personal issues in your dispute. He has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a J.D. from New England School of Law in 1985. Attorney Calcagno was admitted to the Bars of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First United States Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Attorney Calcagno's mediation practice concentrates on employment, admiralty, civil rights and personal injury law. The focus of his law practice is civil litigation. In addition to his regular practices, Attorney Calcagno is an approved provider of court-connected dispute resolution services for:

  • Superior Court in Massachusetts
  • U.S. District Court, Boston, Massachusetts
  • U.S. Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service

Attorney Calcagno, a former mediator and arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, is a contract mediator for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Attorney Calcagno's experience as a special agent of the U.S. Treasury Department and former Florida police officer adds to his unique perspective.

Attorney Calcagno is also a musician and triathlete. Among his other personal activities and interests are: boating/sailing (racing); snowboarding; skiing; golfing; and cooking. He has also received his U.S. Coast Guard 50 Ton Master’s Captain’s License.
